The lodges are situated in woodland with a 10 acre lake in the middle and really are the best of both worlds for vistors searching for the peace of rural life with the option of all the attractions of York. It is hard to believe that this choice of accommodation is only 2 miles from the hustle and bustle of York city centre and with a local bus service running every 10 minutes, you can be in the centre of York within minutes!

The York Lakeside Lodges are within easy reach of many amenities such as a large supermarket, Post Office, restaurants, swimming pool and shops.

The lodges are detached and semi detached depending on which type of accommodation you decide to have. There are six types of lodges to choose from and some of the lodges are Scandinavian lodges, whilst a couple are brick built cottages. The larger lodges can sleep up to 7 people which are ideal for families or groups of individual looking for a break in York.

All the lakeside lodges have a wide range of features and facilities to accommodate all requirements and budgets. Each lodge has it’s own parking space and all the lodges face onto the lake.

York Lakeside Lodges offer fishing all year round and is popular with keen fishermen and women who fish the lake for Carp, Bream, Roach, Tench and other varieties of fish.
